(Demo) Plate Tectonics is a published two-chapter course generated from a revision-bound collection of Wikipedia pages. An AI agent followed Coursewerk to research, structure, draft, format, check, and package the materials automatically.

There was no human-authored lesson content or subject-matter editing. Human involvement was limited to commissioning the demonstration, auditing the pipeline, checking consistency and rendered output, and overseeing publication.

Review cost may change. Source identity, verified license facts, media rights, privacy, accountable authorship, key facts, provenance, attribution, and publication-clearance gates do not.

    Preflight before public use

    A deterministic scan captures the authoritative rights page, asserts known-source facts, records separate AI-use notices without rewriting the license, and issues a hash-bound receipt. Private authoring stays open; publication receives verified facts and explicit warnings.

    Evidence, not a remembered label

    Raw snapshots, hashes, canonical URLs, retrieval metadata, exact source revisions, and separate media-rights receipts bind each decision to inspectable evidence.

    Accountable public authorship

    Public output names a final responsible non-AI person or institution, explicitly confirmed by the user. Placeholder identities and tools cannot masquerade as a rights holder.

  4. 04

    Focused critique in every mode

    Light mode uses a separate same-model pass for identity, licenses, attribution, media rights, and scientific key facts. Full mode uses cross-model review. Both records are hash-bound and become stale after edits.

  5. 05

    Fail-closed release

    Packing rebuilds carriers against an identified human visual review and refuses unresolved rights, provenance, attribution, source-comparison, accessibility-floor, contract, or coherence failures.

Portability, stated precisely: the carrier embeds its Markdown and framework. If it references local media, the asset directory travels with it. Every release receipt reports the actual mode instead of promising a single file when dependencies remain.
